Nutrition Month Theme:Sa pagkaing tama at sapat,wastong timbang ni baby ang katapat


"Sa pagkaing tama at sapat, wastong timbang ni baby ang katapat."

We should take proper foods and proper nutrition to the children. So that they will have good health and good nutrition. It is important also to have a balance diet like fruits, vegetables, fish and not so much meat is important to our health. Drinking milk is also good to our health. Avoid junk foods, and drinking to much alcohol beverages because it cause aside effect to our health.
